Creative Wedding Experiences for Your Guests

Weddings are a time for celebration, love, and...fun! While the focus is usually on the bride and groom, it's important to think about your guests too. So why not make their experience memorable with some creative and exciting wedding ideas?! Here are a few fun wedding experiences that you can adapt to make your own!

Mobile Bar Cart

In my humble opinion, a mobile bar cart at a wedding equates to a swim up bar at a pool. Your ordinary bar visit turns into an alluring experience and is sure to charm your guests! Most mobile bar carts will offer to let you customize its appearance with flowers, photos, or small decor items to help incorporate your wedding theme.

Giant Paint By Number

Want to crank up the creativity at your wedding? Adding a giant paint by number to your cocktail hour or reception is a great way to bring out the inner artist in your guests, and when it's all finished you get to walk away with a finished piece of art made by your closest friends and family.

Whether you're the local bags champion (cornhole for the rest of you) or a casual observer, lawn games are the ultimate party starter. Below is a list of some of our wedding-friendly favorites!

  • Bean bag tic-tac-toe
  • Bocce ball

Time Capsule

This is a perfect experience for all the nostalgics and romantic guests out there. To pull this one off you'll have to add some instructions in your invitations. Tell your guests you're planning to create a time capsule during your wedding and to bring a small item or token. When they arrive at the wedding ceremony or reception, make sure there is a place for them to drop off their special item and consider leaving a notepad or book for guests to write down what they brought.

Anniversary Envelopes

Anniversary envelopes are a special way to invite guests to celebrate your wedding throughout the years to come. Here's how they work! Each table gets an envelope with its corresponding table number, a card to write in, and a writing utensil. The table then takes turns writing well wishes and seals up the envelope when finished. Each anniversary, the couple opens up the corresponding envelope from table.
