Payment Details

We offer two payment options:

1. Full payment up front

2. Four equal payments with SHOP PAY

Price is for one setup at one location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and can have trouble fitting through normal doorways. Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.

We require our own team to move any arrangements. This is due to insurance reasons, which will not cover anyone outside our team to handle our items. If necessary, arrangements may be moved by staff with prior written approval.

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. The delivery cost for orders beyond 20 miles of Libertyville, IL will incur a fee of $1/mile, up to 50 miles. Please email us if you have questions.

Late Night Pick Up Fees

Any pickups past 9:00 PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found below. If your venue is willing, we will try to coordinate a pickup in the morning to avoid charging you late fees.
