Services Policies

By renting our products, the Customer agrees to the following Services Polices:

Payment Details

We offer two payment options:

1. Full payment up front

2. Four equal payments with SHOP PAY

Payment. Invoices shall be paid within 30 days of the event or wedding. Champagne Petal Rentals will submit a final invoice to the Customer for any remaining fees within 30 days after the event or wedding.

Retainers. All orders are subject to a 25% non-refundable retainer fee. Any liability on the part of Champagne Petal Rentals is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.

Price is for one setup at one location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

Moving & Handling

Storage and Weather. No rentals can be left outside overnight, including altars, arches, floral arrangements, or backdrops of any kind. Our floral arrangements cannot be in the rain or severe weather due to risk of damage. If there is rain expected at the venue's location during at the time of the event or wedding, the florals must be moved to an indoor location. If there is no indoor location, the florals will be picked up.

Moving Products on Site. No one is allowed to transport, take down, or move our products without prior written approval. If written approval is given to move items, the designated individual(s) will be liable for any damage to products or any injury to themselves or others.

Product Setup. All product rental periods are for one day, and payment is for one setup at one location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from its original location. Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space. 

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. The delivery cost for orders beyond 20 miles of Libertyville, IL will incur a fee of $1/mile, up to 50 miles. Please email us if you have questions.

Product Damage. Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear and tear while renting our items will be added to the Customer's final invoice in the amount of two times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period, you will be charged four times the rental cost of the item.

Product Transportation

Product Delivery and Pickup. All orders include delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. Any pickups past 9:00 PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found below. If your venue is willing, we will try to coordinate a pickup in the morning to avoid charging you late fees.

Delivery Delays and Emergencies. Champagne Petal Rentals will not be liable for delivery delays due to weather, traffic, or injury. In the event of unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic or injury, Champagne Petal Rentals will notify the Customer and the venue and make reasonable efforts to deliver products on time. Champagne Petal Rentals reserves the right to cancel delivery if driving conditions pose a risk of injury or endangerment. In the event of a war, fire, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies, we will move your retainer to another date.

Dispute Resolution

Parties agree that disputes shall be governed by the State and/or Country in which the duties of service are expected to take place. In the event that the duties of service take place in multiple States and/or Countries, it shall be governed by Illinois Law.
